Basic Affiliate Program

• All affiliates (basic and super) are enrolled of the basic affiliate program
• All commissions and fees are calculated in US Dollars
• One time $5.00 Administrative Fee –
  • Supplements the administrative overhead costs of managing the program
  • Non-refundable
  • Paid at time of signup
• Paypal verification – random amount (.01¢ - .08¢) is sent to your Paypal account and you must validate the amount sent.
• Program Account is not active and downline is not calculated until Program Account is confirmed.
• You must maintain an active HBToolbox account plan (either a Professional Grade Account Plan or Career Builder Account Plan) – Small Account Plans are not eligible.
• Commission Payouts are sent on the 1^st of every month unless the 1^st of the month is a major holiday, weekend or corporate holiday in which case the Commission Payouts will be sent on the next business day.
• Affiliates who have Commission Payout balances of $10,000 or greater will have "elite" pay schedules personally assigned – (ie. $5,000 on the 1^st and $5,000 on the 15^th).
• You receive a payout only when your commission levels are $10.00 or greater –
  • Any unpaid commissions (balances less than $10.00) are automatically rolled over to next month to be added to next month's balance

• You will get paid a fixed amount per month for any user that signs up for any HBToolbox account plan through your HBToolbox website or the website of any of your referred users up to 4 levels deep.  You will receive that amount every month for as long as the user maintains an active, paid account plan.

• If a user cancels or has their HBToolbox account plan terminated, you will only lose that user's commission – YOU WILL NOT LOSE THEIR DOWNLINE.

Super Affiliate Program

• Super Affiliate Program Terms must be signed and faxed back.
• You will get paid a fixed .25 USD per month for any user that signs up for any HBToolbox account plan through your HBToolbox website or the website of any of your referred users up to beyond your initial 4 levels to infinity.  You will receive that amount every month for as long as the user maintains an active, paid account plan.
• Downlines are calculated against your initial 4 levels and then all users associated in that downline whose sign-up date is on or greater than your Super Affiliate program date.

You must agree to the terms of HBToolbox Affiliate program

Some MLM organizations have policies and regulations binding their members from receiving "commissions or salaries" from other referral programs outside of their organization.   It is your responsibility to know the policies and regulations for your organization.  If you are unable to receive "payments" from our Affiliate program, we can provide you with equivalent Points and can be exchanged for Cash Cards or Gift Cards. – You can change this feature of the Affiliate program at any time with no loss in commission value.

You must maintain an active Paypal account

• If we receive notice from Paypal that your account is not active we will sent notification to you via the email you have on file with us.  If we do not receive updated information by the next month's commission payout, your Affiliate program will be suspended and you will not receive monthly commission payouts.  If your Affiliate account is suspended for 63 days, you will be terminated from the Affiliate Program.  Any uncollected commission payouts will be lost.

You must maintain an active HBToolbox account plan

• You must have either an active Professional Grade Account Plan or Career Builder Account Plan.  If there is any reason that your HBToolbox Account Plan is cancelled or terminated, like due to non-payment or deciding to cancel your HBToolbox account, you will lose your Affiliate Program.  This means that you must ensure that your credit card on file is able to be debited the plan cost when necessary.
• Unpaid HBToolbox accounts are automatically suspended after 14 days and then automatically cancelled 7 days later.  Any and all downline relationships will be terminated.
• If your HBToolbox account is in the suspended status – and the monthly commissions are paid during the suspended time, you will not receive your commission payout and it will not rollover into your next month's balance.  Additionally, if you re-instate your HBToolbox account, you will have lost that month's commission payout.

Getting reinstated in the Affiliate program like an act of Congress

Because a lot of what happens at HBToolbox is managed by automated systems, it becomes very, very difficult to get plugged back in.  If you believe that there was an exception that we should consider to reinstate you into the program, like a death in the family, medical or health related issues, or other situation that is truly beyond your control, you will have to complete the online Affiliate Reinstatement form (located in your toolbox).  The system will email you a document that you must sign and fax back to us with possible supporting documents (they will be outlined on the document).  ONLY upon receipt of that fax will management review your situation and make the sole and final decision to reinstate you.  This decision may include:

·        A $50-150 USD reinstatement fee (fee will be charged before reinstatement is completed)

·        Possible loss in your last month's (or missed month's) commission payout

·        Additional stipulations or requirements

You can lose your Super Affiliate program status

• If we are unable to charge your credit card on file for the Annual Super Affiliate Program fee for 14 days, you will lose your program status.  It is your responsibility to ensure that your credit card information on file is up to date.

If you lose your Super Affiliate program status

• You will lose all "infinity" connections
• You can re-signup however your connections will start on the date/time of your re-signup.
• You will lose your previous "Super Affiliate Commission" balance only
• You will not lose your basic Affiliate commissions
• You will not lose your basic Affiliate downline
